# Components:

01 - 10.5 oz high-quality dark chocolate (minimum 60% cocoa), chopped

→ Nuts & Seeds

02 - 1.75 oz roasted pistachios, roughly chopped
03 - 1.75 oz roasted almonds, roughly chopped

→ Dried Fruits

04 - 1.4 oz dried apricots, diced
05 - 1.05 oz dried figs, diced
06 - 0.7 oz golden raisins

→ Spices & Garnishes

07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
08 - 1/4 teaspoon sea salt flakes
09 - Edible gold leaf or rose petals (optional garnish)

# Method:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water (double boiler), stirring continuously until smooth. Remove from heat.
03 - Incorporate ground cardamom into the melted chocolate and stir evenly.
04 - Pour the melted chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread into a 1/4-inch thick rectangular layer using a spatula.
05 - Evenly distribute the chopped pistachios, almonds, dried apricots, figs, and golden raisins over the chocolate surface.
06 - Gently press the toppings into the chocolate to secure them in place.
07 - Sprinkle sea salt flakes and, if desired, add edible gold leaf or rose petals for decoration.
08 - Refrigerate for a minimum of 45 minutes until the chocolate is fully set.
09 - Break or cut into pieces and store in an airtight container at a cool room temperature or refrigerated.
