# Method:
01 - Slice the pineapple crosswise into 1/2-inch thick rings. Using a cookie cutter or knife, cut a large round from the center of one ring to form the sun's face. Place it in the center of a large serving platter.
02 - Peel and slice the mangoes and oranges into long, thin strips or wedges. Arrange them radiating out from the pineapple center to create sun rays.
03 - Cut the watermelon into star or triangle shapes using a cookie cutter or knife. Position these shapes between the rays for visual interest.
04 - Fill the remaining gaps with clusters of green grapes and blueberries to enhance color and texture.
05 - Garnish with raspberries and fresh mint leaves. If desired, sprinkle the edge of the platter with shredded coconut for added texture.
06 - Refrigerate the arrangement until ready to serve to maintain freshness.
