10 - 2 black grapes or blueberries (for shark eyes)
11 - 2 slices mini marshmallow or banana (for shark eyes whites)
12 - Fresh mint leaves
# Method:
01 - Slice a thin piece off the watermelon base so it sits flat and stable.
02 - Cut a wedge from one end to create the open mouth shape; use a melon baller to scoop out most of the flesh, reserving the balls for the board.
03 - Carve triangular teeth along the mouth edge using a paring knife.
04 - Assemble eyes by stacking a mini marshmallow or banana slice with a black grape or blueberry, then secure above the mouth using toothpicks.
05 - Place reserved watermelon balls spilling from the shark’s mouth onto a large serving platter.
06 - Surround the shark centerpiece with strawberries, blueberries, grapes, pineapple, kiwi, and orange segments arranged in colorful waves.
07 - Fill gaps with pretzel sticks, cheese cubes, and fresh mint leaves to complete the board.
08 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
