# Method:
01 - Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly.
02 - Slice cucumber, carrots, zucchini, and beet into 1/2-inch thick slabs, then cut into uniform 1/2-inch cubes.
03 - Cut red and yellow bell peppers into 1/2-inch wide strips, then dice into 1/2-inch cubes.
04 - Halve large cherry tomatoes; leave smaller ones whole.
05 - Arrange vegetable and cheese cubes in colorful, stacked layers of three cubes each, alternating colors and textures.
06 - Tie each stack gently with a fresh chive stalk or a thin bell pepper strip to resemble a gift box ribbon.
07 - Sprinkle finely chopped chives or green onions and sesame seeds over the stacked cubes, if using.
08 - Arrange the stacks on a serving platter and serve immediately.
