Yogurt Granola Parfait Glasses (Print View)

# Components:

→ Dairy

01 - 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

→ Fruits

02 - 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
03 - 1 medium banana, sliced

→ Grains

04 - 1 1/2 cups granola

→ Sweetener (optional)

05 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

→ Garnish (optional)

06 - 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts)
07 - Fresh mint leaves

# Method:

01 - Hull and slice strawberries, rinse and dry all berries, and slice the banana.
02 - Spoon 2 tablespoons of yogurt into the bottom of each of the 4 glasses.
03 - Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of granola over the yogurt layer in each glass.
04 - Place mixed berries and a few banana slices over the granola layer.
05 - Continue layering yogurt, granola, and fruits until glasses are filled, ending with a fruit layer on top.
06 - Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top layer if desired.
07 - Sprinkle chopped nuts and fresh mint leaves on top as a garnish.
08 - Serve immediately to maintain crunch and freshness.
